Banca Ifis opens its Representative Headquarters in Bucharest.
30th October 2010
Banca Ifis opens a Representative Office in Timișoara.
1st February 2019
The Representative Headquarters relocates to Bucharest’s financial district.
1st March 2021
Ifis Finance I.F.N. S.A. commences operations. The company was incorporated on September 8, 2020, and authorized by the National Bank of Romania on December 23, 2020.
11th February 2026
Ifis Finance IFN S.A. becomes a member of the Romanian Factoring Association.
